Prenatal Massage - safe for all stages of pregnancy.
Postpartum Care - In order to restore balance, we must first understand the nuances & mechanics of what your body went through during the birth of your baby.
Support Includes... diastasis-recti evaluation, addressing any held tension patterns, tissue disruption & resilience, impact injury, loss of elasticity, limited mobility, ongoing pain, emotional imprints, closing the pelvic bones, realignment, scar tissue, adhesions, abdominal massage & organ balancing ~ that are specific to your individual birth story
Arrive, Connect, Settle In, Share, Assess, Treatment Session, Relax + allow for additional integration time & at home care offerings
Appointment changes can be made with 48 hour advance notice. Appointment changes made within 24 hrs will reflect a 50% charge in good faith. All missed appointments are a full charge exchange.
